Plasma processing have attracted extensive attention for novel material processing and environmental application. It has been utilized for a number of innovative industrial applications such as nanoparticles synthesis, functional film production, surface treatment, and decomposition of harmful materials. This symposium motivates to discuss the basic as wel as application of plasma processing based on chemical engineering approach. Young researcher award will be given to distinguished young speakers at the session.
