ST-28. [Trans-Division Symposium] New Development on Thermochemical and Biochemical Conversion of Biomass

Organizer(s): Matsumura Yukihiko (Hiroshima Univ.), Nakashimada Yutaka (Hiroshima Univ.), Noda Reiji (Gunma Univ.)

Utilization of biomass takes an important position as technologies for achieving zero carbon dioxide emission in 2050. To use biomass efficiently, biochemical conversion, thermochemical conversion, and their combination are effective. In this symposium, we recruit presentation on these conversion technologies. At the end of the session, we have "talk time" to overview the technology, exchange opinions, and discuss future perspectives.
