Correction of submitted application form
You can submit/update the application form from 1st November 2017 by 11:59 pm of 22nd December 2017 (JST).
You can make correction to your application form that has been already submitted. Input the acknowledgement number and the password first. After the password authentification, the application form filled with your current application information will be displayed. Correct the contents and submit the corrected form.
