In "manufacturing sites" responsible for chemical engineering, it is an urgent matter to train personnel who acquire practical knowledge that can solve problems at the worksite. From the viewpoint of plant operation, factory equipment design, facility maintenance, safety assurance and conservation activities, grasping the chemical process and facilities as a whole, focusing on new technologies, and training engineers and managers who will lead to improvement It is an urgent task. Also, "utilization of experience knowledge" and "transfer of technology and knowledge" by skilled technicians are also issues. In this session, we will introduce countermeasures and achievements at each company, which are hints for solving these issues.
