Guideline of application on the web

Fill the application form and send it.

The received application form will be processed automatically and the processing result will be shown on the response page. If the application form is not in order, the problems will be shown. In the case, go back to the application form page, correct the data, and send it again. If the applciation form is successfully accepted, the acknowledgement number will be sent to the e-mail address you specify in the application form.

The application form can be received only from 1st Nov. 2010 by 5:00 pm of 3rd Dec. 2010 (JST).

General notice

  1. The application is automatically processed by software. Be sure to check the processing result.

  2. An imperfect application form can not be accepted. In the case, the problems are shown. Correct the data and send the form again. If the application form is successfully accepted, the acknowledgement number is shown on the web page and also sent to the applicant by e-mail.

  3. Do not include any characters other than the ASCII characters.

  4. The presentation program will be organized so that the speaker and applicant do not appear at different rooms at the same time if they present more than one papers.

  5. The accpeted applications are automatically listed on a web page. You can check the processing result of your application on the web.

  6. Correction of the submitted application can be made only by the application deadline.

  7. In the title and abstract, you can use superscripts, subscripts, and italics by putting superscripts between two !'s, putting subscripts between two $'s, and putting italics between two #'s (e.g. H2O should be H$2$O, Re0.8 should be #Re#!0.8!). If you need these special characters themselves, type !! for !, type $$ for $, and type ## for #. In the keyword field, neither of superscript, subscript, nor italic can be used.
