Guideline of application by e-mail

Apply on the web, if possible, to avoid making any mistakes in the format. If you already have an application form in the e-mail format, you can copy it to the e-mail format application form on the web.

Follow the step-by-step instruction described below if you submit an application form by e-mail.

  1. Send an e-mail to the format request address, request-stu15ewww3.scej.org. The content of the mail will be ignored.

  2. According to the ‘Application format’ which is automatically sent back, prepare an application form.

  3. Send the application form to the application address, apply-stu15ewww3.scej.org.

  4. The application form is automatically processed and the response is sent back.


The ‘Application format’ which is automatically sent back in response to the e-mail to the format request address includes the instruction shown below as well as ‘Topics code list’ and ‘Inquiry guideline’. That is why you need not to get the ‘Application format’ by sending an e-mail to the format request address, request-stu15ewww3.scej.org, if you read this page.

The term of application is from 1st Nov. 2012 by 5:00 pm of 7th Dec. 2012 (JST).

General notice

  1. The presentation program will be organized so that the speaker and applicant do not appear at different rooms at the same time if they present more than one papers.

  2. The accpeted applications are automatically listed on a web page. You can check the processing result of your application on the web.

  3. Correction of the submitted application can be made only by the application deadline.

Abstract: The Society of Chemical Engineers, Japan abolished paper-
    based submission of application for the paper presentation 
    at the meetings.  Only on-line application can be accepted 
    now.  The present software and hence application procedure 
    were first used for the 65th annual meeting of the society 
    (2000).
