Emergency Response
In case of a LARGE earthquake, everyone must follow the procedure below:
- Calm down! And judge a situation.
- Take cover under a table or a desk during the earthquake.
- If you were near a door, open the door to secure a means for escape.
- If you were near windows, close blinds or curtains to avoid showered with shattered glass. And then, move away from the windows immediately.
- After the quake, comply with instructions given by conference staff to go to the emergency evacuation space (Multipurpose Sports Field).
