For overseas participant, name card and receipt are not sent by post, alternatively our agent, JTB, send you an e-mail. Please get your name card, receipt, and CD-ROM recorded abstract at the on-site registration desk. (Please indicate a hardcopy of the e-mail.)

On-site registration

On-site registration is received at the on-site registration desk. Please make sure your member ID. Only cash (JPY) is acceptable for your payment. (Please note that the first day is Sunday.)
