Instruction

Oral Presentation

• Speech time for a general presentation is 15 min for speech and 4 min for discussion.
• For "Invited Lecture", "Requested Lecture", "Keynote Lecture", speech time is 40 or 60 min including discussion. (Please refer Program).
• Use a PC projecter (No overhead projector).
• Please take your PC with you.
• Use a bar-type pointer (No laer pointer).
  If needed, please take your laser pointer with you.

Poster Presentation

• Poster board size$B!'(BW900mm$B!_(BH1800mm $B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(B
• The presenters will arrange their posters at designated panels before the beginning of the poster session.
• A different poster session will be held everyday so please, take out your poster at the end of the presentation.
• First half will be for the presenters with ODD numbers. Second half will be for the presenters with EVEN numbers.
• Poster Award : SCEJ selects a few outstanding posters from posters presented at the poster sections. The winners will announced at evening (17:00-17:30) on March 19, 20, 2014.
