Special Session S5. SCEJ–ESBES joint session: Next generation downstream processing of biologics

It is highly expected to improve downstream processing of biological products such as monoclonal antibodies by developing new technologies and/or incorporating new concepts. Papers on the following topics will be presented: continuous purification methods, advanced process analytical technology (PAT), integrated purification unit operations, modeling of unit operations and so on.
