Requirement of Applicant & Speaker
Applicant and speaker must be one of the following:

Membership status of SCEJ:
- SCEJ Full Members (incl. Honorary Members)
- SCEJ Student Members
- SCEJ Educator Members
- International Full/Student/Concord Members
- Employees of Special, Charter or Local Charter Members
- Individual Supporting Members of Any Division of SCEJ
- Employees of Corporate Supporting Members of Any Division of SCEJ
- Individual Members of Co-organizing Academic Societies and/or Institutes
- Invited Speakers
The speaker who does not meet any of the above requirements must join the Society of Chemical Engineers, Japan BEFORE registrating to the meeting.
Application Guide
- Only papers which have not been published or presented elsewhere can be presented at the meeting.
- The application form can be received only from 21 April 2014 by 10:00 pm JST 12 May 2014.
- Applying for presentation is accepted only through this website.
- Correction of submitted application can only be made before application deadline.
- Do not include any characters other than the ASCII characters.
- Apply one presentation by one application form.
- Duplicated submission is prohibited.
- An imperfect application form can not be accepted. In the case, the problems will be shown. Correct the data and send the form again. If the application form is successfully accepted, the acknowledgement number will be shown on the web page and also will be sent to the applicant by e-mail.
- If you do not receive the acknowledgement e-mail within 24 hours of the application, contact Secretariat of SCEJ 46th Autumn Meeting to let us know the title of your paper, the time and date of application by e-mail.
- The presentation program will be organized so that the speaker and group head do not appear at different rooms at the same time if they present more than one paper.
- Early application is preferred to avoid last-minute rush.
