Guide for Oral Presentation
- Speech time for a general presentation is 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
- Use a PC projector (No overhead projector).
- Please take your PC with you.
- Use a bar-type pointer (No laser pointer).
If needed, please take your laser pointer with you.
(Correction:26 Aug. 2014) Both bar-type pointer & laser pointer are available on each room.
Guide for Poster Presentation
- Size
- Poster board size：W900mm × H1800mm
(A0 size poster (W841mm × H1189mm) is available.)
- Put up & Remove poster
- Please put up your poster between noon–1:00 pm so that the poster sessions (ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD) can start at 1:00 pm.
- Please remove and bring back your poster by yourself after each poster session.
