Presentation Guide

The SCEJ 87th Annual Meeting is planning to be an On-site (Kobe University) /Virtual (Zoom) hybrid meeting.
- There are two session types, Virtual/Live (hybrid) session and Virtual (online-only) session.
- All presentations will be streamed on the internet.
- All speakers and audiences can be attended at On-site (Kobe University) or remote (on the internet) whichever the session type is.

"Virtual/Live" Session"Virtual" (Online-only) Session
Attend at Kobe Univ.You can attend to the Streaming-live venue. If you are a speaker, please bring your PC equipped with HDMI Type A.We provide a Wi-Fi network at Kobe University. Please access to GOING VIRTUAL over the internet with your Zoom-installed PC.
Remote attendanceAccess to GOING VIRTUAL from your Office/School/Home with your Zoom-installed PC.

All sessions will be attended from the SCEJ GOING VIRTUAL System (https://goingvirtual.scej.org/web_conf).
Please read the GOING VIRTUAL Manual.
The Event "SCEJ 87th Annual Meeting / IChES 2022" will appear from Mar. 15 to Mar. 19.

Any form of recording is prohibited without permission from the Organizing Committee.

Oral Presentation

On-site Attendance The on-site venue is Tsukabuto 1st Campus, Kobe Univ.
Online Attendance All sessions can be attended from the SCEJ GOING VIRTUAL System (https://goingvirtual.scej.org/web_conf).

All online participants (incl. speakers, audiences and chairs) must prepare Zoom to use ((built-in or attached) camera and microphone are required; headset microphone is preferred).
(While Zoom can be accessed by the browser, installation of Zoom client software is recommended.)
Speech time General presentations : 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
Invited lectures : 35 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for discussion in general.

Poster Presentation

On-line meeting All poster sessions are now planning to be held ONLINE. These will be attended from the SCEJ GOING VIRTUAL System (https://goingvirtual.scej.org/web_conf). (If you will come to the on-site venue, please bring your PC and access the GOING VIRTUAL by yourself at the on-site venue. We will provide a Wi-Fi connection.)

Display Posters will be displayed on the web site. Please upload ONE-page 'A0' LANDSCAPE (H 841 mm, W 1189 mm) size PDF file by Mar. 10th. (Different paper size is acceptable, but multi-page PDFs are rejected.) The instructions are here.
Presentation material Please use your A0 poster for poster presentation. You may use additional material for detailed discussion.
Session time PS-A to PS-E: Session time: 120 min, Core time: 60 min; SS-6: Short presentation 5 min and poster session 30 min.
The speakers must wait the "entrance of audience" at the Virtual meeting room, while the audiences can enter and leave freely.
Poster Award If you have selected "PosterAwardEntry" on your application, Judges will review your presentation. Please explain your study in 3 minutes. The poster award ceremony will be held on the evening of the same day.
