Latest Development of Biochemical and Thermochemical Conversion of Biomass

Organizers: Matsumura Yukihiko (Hiroshima Univ.), Kimbara Kazuhide (Shizuoka Univ.)

Utilization of biomass is attracting attention due to enforcement of Paris Agreement and development of feed-in tariff. To satisfy the related needs, solid technology development is made for each biochemical and thermochemical conversion technology. We would like to overview the latest development of biomass conversion technology.
