Currently, under the guidance of the state, each university actively accepts international students. Numerous foreign students are also in faculties and departments in the field of chemical engineering. On the other hand, there are the following issues regarding utilization of this talented person in domestic enterprises.
As a problem for overseas students who wish to get a job at a Japanese company, information on Japanese companies in Japan and information on job hunting activities are hardly or very little. As a problem on the university side, support is not sufficient for Japanese companies getting employed. The company side also wants to hire overseas students, but they are suffering with approaches and communication to them.
