Registration Guide (No on-site Registration)

Please inform us your current attendance plan (On-line or On-site) on your registration.
(You do not need to contact us if your schedule changes.)
The Meeting will receive a subsidy from Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau. Accomodation in Nagano City is encouraged. The Name and Prefecture (or Country) of the attendee will be provided to Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Registration Types and periods

There are Non-free registration (Can attend all sessions) and Free registration only for audiences of public sessions (SP-1, SP-2, HQ-11, HQ-13). Details of the Free registration is here. The followings are Non-free registration.

Period-I
[closed]		 Jul. 1(Fri) - Aug. 3(Wed), 2022
Discount available.
The early access to the Preprints is available.
The fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The registration can be cancelled by the end day of Period-II.
Period-II
[closed]		 Aug. 4(Thu) - Aug. 17(Wed), 2022
No discount.
The early access to the Preprints is available.
The fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The registration can be cancelled by the end day of Period-II.
Period-III Aug. 19(Fri) - Sep. 16(Fri), 2022
No discount.
No early access to the Preprints.
The fee can be paid by credit card.
No cancellation.

Program book and "Book of Preprints"

Both the Japanese and English programs are included in the Program book, but most of the Preprints are written in Japanese.
Preprints can be viewed on the Meeting website by all registered (excludes free-registration) participants regardless of the "Book of Preprints" is purchased.

Program book No extra charge (included in the Conference fee).
“Book of Preprints” Sold SEPARATELY at 3,300 JPY/each (TAX included).
Will be sent by post. (Overseas delivery is available.)
Delays may occur depending on postal circumstances and registration date.
If you want to get them before the meeting, please make your registration at Period-I or Period-II and specify an address in Japan.

Notice for Speakers

The Speaker (except Invited person) is requested to make the Registration by a week before the Meeting.

If the speaker (except invited person) will not complete both the registration to the meeting and the payment of the registration fee;
SCEJ individual member: The registration fee (Price of Period-III) of the present meeting will be involved in the next bill of the SCEJ annual member fee.
Other than SCEJ individual member: We will send a letter to ask the speaker to join the SCEJ Individual Member, attached with a bill of the registration fee (Price of Period-III). If the speaker will not join the SCEJ Individual Member, the speaker will not be able to become an applicant and/or a speaker of the presentation at the future SCEJ Annual and Autumn Meetings and IChES.

  1. Click the "Registration for SCEJ INDIVIDUAL Member" button.
  2. Input your SCEJ Member ID and Password for "SCEJ My Page" and click "Login" button.
  3. Your "Discount code" will be shown. Take a note and then click the "Registration form" button.
  4. Click the "Registration" button.
  5. Fill the form. The "Discount code" question will appear when you will select "Individual Member". Input your "Discount code".
  6. Submit the form and then select the Payment method.
  • If you have forgotten or expired your "Discount code", restart from the step 1.
  • If you arrears your SCEJ annual fee, pay the annual fee and retry later.
  1. Click the "Registration for SCEJ Non-INDIVIDUAL Member and Non-member" button.
  2. Click the "Registration" button.
  3. Fill the form and submit.
  4. Select the Payment method.
