The Event "SCEJ 51st Autumn Meeting" will appear from Sept. 24th to Sept. 26th.

Photographing and recording are prohibited without permission from the Organizing Committee.

Oral Presentation

All participants (incl. speakers, audiences and chairs) must prepare Zoom to use ((built-in or attached) camera and microphone are required; headset microphone is preferred).
(While Zoom can be accessed by the browser, installation of Zoom client software is recommended.)
Speech time General presentations : 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
(SY-78,SY-81,SY-82,SY-83: 12 minutes for speech and 7 minutes for discussion.)
Invited lectures : 35 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for discussion in general.

Display Posters will be displayed on the web site. Please upload one-page 'A0' (W 841 mm, H 1189 mm) size PDF file by Sept. 15th. (Different paper size is acceptable, but multi-page PDFs are rejected.) The instructions are here.
Time frame The time frame is 60-85 min (60 min for ST-24,SY-57,SY-64, 80 min for SY-69, 85 min for SY-79). The speakers must wait the "entrance of audience" at the Virtual meeting room throughout the time frame, while the audiences can enter and leave freely.
