SY-73 [Symposium of Division of Biochemical Engineering]
Cutting-edge of Medical Engineering and Role of Chemical Engineering

Organizers: Sugiura Shinji (AIST), Ito Akira (Nagoya Univ.)

In recent years, chemical engineering has greatly contributed to regenerative medicine, production of antibody drugs, and development of biomimetic systems. In this symposium, we call for general presentations on new technologies that will contribute to the future development of medicine and drug discovery, and discuss the role of chemical engineering in them.
