ST-21 [Trans-Division Symposium]
Advances in Plasma Processing

Organizers: Watanabe Takayuki (Kyushu Univ.), Matsukuma Yosuke (Fukuoka Univ.), Onoe Kaoru (Chiba Inst. of Tech.), Harano Azuchi (Gunma Univ.)

Plasma processing has been used as an advanced fundamental technology in a wide range of fields such as materials synthesis, medicine, food, and the environment application. However plasma processing has not yet been systematized as a fundamental process. In this symposium, we will discuss the fundamentals and applications of plasma processing, and explore new developments in chemical engineering. The best presentation by a student will be give as the Plasma Symposium Best Student Award.

Award Ceremony is 16:00-.
